How do I place an order?
Simply choose your gift box, add your personal message, and head to checkout. It takes less than a minute, and we take care of the rest.
Can I add a personalised note?
Yes, every gift includes a complimentary handwritten message card. Just add your message at checkout and we’ll write it for you.
Can I send gifts directly to someone else?
Absolutely. Most of our customers send gifts straight to the recipient. Just enter their delivery address at checkout.
Do you include receipts or prices inside the box?
Since most of our customers order these as gifts, all gift boxes arrive beautifully packaged with no pricing included. You’ll receive a receipt to your email address.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Dubai and the UAE.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are shown at checkout and vary by Emirate.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 11am arrive the same day in Dubai and the next day in all other Emirates. If you have a specific day you want the order delivered, just select at the time of checkout. If you need something urgently, get in touch, we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Can I customise what’s inside my gift box?
Right now, each edit is carefully designed as a ready-to-gift experience. If you’re placing a bulk or corporate order, customisation is available — just reach out.
Are the products full-sized?
Yes — all items included are premium, full-sized products unless stated otherwise.
Will the items ever change?
From time to time, yes — if a product is out of stock or a supplier updates an item, we may replace it with something equal or better in quality and style.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes. We offer branded message cards and light customisation options for bulk orders.
What is the minimum quantity for corporate gifting?
There’s no strict minimum, but customisation options typically start at 15+ boxes.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of gifting and food items, we can’t accept returns. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us — we’ll make it right.
