Delivery Locations

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

If you have a special delivery request or require delivery to multiple addresses, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.

Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packed with attention to detail.

- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

- During peak periods (such as holidays or seasonal campaigns), processing times may be slightly longer

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within the UAE are as follows:

- Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

- Same-day or next-day delivery: May be available in select locations and will be clearly indicated at checkout if offered

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the courier.

If you are not available to receive your order at the provided address, re-delivery fees may apply.

Please ensure all delivery details (address, contact number, recipient name) are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

Gifts & Special Instructions

If your order is a gift:

- You may include a personalised message at checkout

- Pricing information is never included inside the package

For special delivery instructions (e.g. preferred delivery time), please include a note at checkout. While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Damaged or Missing Orders
