At The Gift Edit, each order is carefully curated, prepared, and often personalised just for you. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges once an order has been processed.

Please read the policy below carefully.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products sold on our website. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Gift boxes and curated edits
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Food, beverages, candles, cosmetics, or perishable goods

This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained for all customers.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once preparation has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective, or
  • incorrect,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@thegiftedit.store, including:

  • your order number
  • a clear description of the issue
  • photos of the item(s) and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Missing Items

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • an item is confirmed to be damaged on arrival, or
  • an incorrect item was sent,

and where replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by third-party couriers,
  • failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details,
  • orders marked as delivered by the courier.

In such cases, refunds or replacements will not be issued.
